Jodie Hanrahan, a qualified NDIS Lead Auditor, brings over a decade of lived experience within the NDIS ecosystem, having worked as a provider, auditor, and technical reviewer. With a hands-on understanding of the challenges faced by providers, she has supported over 200 organisations in achieving successful registration, passing audits, and maintaining ongoing compliance.
Her unique background as a technical reviewer meant she worked behind the scenes -reviewing auditor reports, identifying gaps, and liaising directly with the NDIS Commission to resolve provider issues. This dual perspective has allowed her to not only guide providers through compliance requirements but also help them improve operations for the long term.
This depth of experience gives Zarno Group a rare, insider-level understanding of compliance—not just from the provider’s view, but also from the lens of the Commission’s expectations and auditor interpretation.
